1. About Us

ITQĀSH is a luxury Kashmiri pashmina brand operating from Italy. All products are handcrafted in Kashmir by master Kani weavers and Sozni embroiderers with decades of heritage. Contact: hello@itqash.com.

2. Products and Pricing

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations in weave, embroidery, and colour are inherent to the craft and are not defects. Prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required by EU law. We reserve the right to adjust prices and availability at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. Acceptance occurs only when we send order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

4. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store full card details on our servers. In accordance with our ethical principles, we do not offer interest-bearing instalment plans.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ITQĀSH shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, this site or its products.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Frosinone, Italy, except where mandatory EU consumer law provides otherwise.
