European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Codice del Consumo), customers within the European Union may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, email hello@itqash.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging, within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

International Customers (Outside EU)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties on the return shipment.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

• Items marked Final Sale
• Gift cards
• Items damaged through wear, washing, or misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@itqash.com with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping at our cost.
