Shipping Policy
Every ITQĀSH piece ships from our artisan network in Kashmir through trusted express couriers. Complimentary worldwide shipping on every order with no minimum purchase.
Processing Time
In-stock pieces ship within 3 to 5 business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order and custom pieces take 4 to 12 weeks depending on the complexity of the weave or embroidery. This will always be stated clearly on the product page and reconfirmed by email after your order is placed.
Estimated Delivery Times After Dispatch
- Italy: 3 to 6 business days
- European Union: 4 to 8 business days
- United Kingdom and Switzerland: 5 to 9 business days
- Rest of World: 7 to 14 business days
Shipping Cost
Free worldwide express shipping with full tracking on every order. No minimum order value required.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
For customers within the European Union, all applicable VAT and import duties are included in the final price shown at checkout. No additional charges will be applied upon delivery.
For customers outside the EU including the United Kingdom, United States, and Switzerland, local customs duties and import taxes may apply. Where possible these will be calculated and collected at checkout. Otherwise they may be charged by your local customs authority upon delivery. ITQĀSH is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within 7 days of order confirmation, please contact us at hello@itqash.com.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is delayed beyond the stated delivery window or appears lost in transit, contact us at hello@itqash.com. We will investigate with the courier and either reship or issue a full refund.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. ITQĀSH is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you need to change your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
