Shipping: Free. Worldwide. Complete.
Every ITQĀSH order ships free to every country in the world. We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis — meaning all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will never receive an unexpected bill from customs. Your Pashmina arrives complete, in our signature packaging, with nothing further owed.
Delivery Timeframes
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmation. Delivery typically takes:
- Italy & Western Europe: 3–5 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–6 business days
- United States & Canada: 6–9 business days
- Middle East: 5–8 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 7–12 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
All orders are tracked from dispatch to delivery, with signature required upon receipt. You will receive a tracking link when your order is confirmed for shipment.
Packaging
Every ITQĀSH piece is folded by hand, wrapped in silk tissue, and placed in a muslin storage bag before being presented in our signature box. The packaging is designed to be kept — the muslin bag is your piece’s long-term home when not being worn.
Returns
We stand behind every piece we make. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The piece is unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging
- The GI certification and any accompanying documentation are included
- The return is initiated by emailing us at hello@itqash.com with your order number
We inspect each returned piece carefully before processing a refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of our receiving and approving the return.
Bespoke Commissions
Bespoke and personalised commissions are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are made specifically for you. We take every care to ensure you are fully informed and satisfied before a commission is confirmed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@itqash.com with your order number and photographs. We will resolve the matter immediately.
